Indemnity Policy for IDM Signs & Graphics

While we take full responsibility for the quality and craftsmanship of the signage products we provide, it is important to clarify our position regarding liability for any indirect or unforeseen impacts that may occur as a result of doing business with us.
By entering into a business relationship with IDM Signs & Graphics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Indemnity:
IDM Signs & Graphics shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your business operations, including but not limited to:
– Loss of profits or revenue
– Business interruptions
– Interference with your business activities
– Delays caused by third-party factors beyond our control
– Any other consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
2. Product Responsibility:
IDM Signs & Graphics assumes full responsibility for the product(s) we deliver. This includes adherence to agreed-upon specifications, quality, and any warranties explicitly provided at the time of purchase. If a product defect occurs, we will address it in accordance with the terms outlined in our warranty policy.
3. Exclusion of Liability:
IDM Signs & Graphics shall not be responsible for any business losses or operational disruptions that may occur as a result of using our products or services. This includes any issues related to the installation, use, or maintenance of our products after they have been delivered or installed, unless explicitly covered under our product warranty.
4. Client Acknowledgment:
By engaging with IDM Signs & Graphics, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or damages that are not directly related to the quality or integrity of the product itself. This indemnity includes legal fees and any related costs arising from claims made by third parties.
This policy ensures that our responsibility is focused solely on the quality and delivery of our products. Any business-related issues or losses that arise from your use of our products are outside of our control, and as such, IDM Signs & Graphics cannot be held accountable.
