Welcome to our Digital Sign Warranty page. Here, we outline the comprehensive hardware warranty for the digital displays provided by IDM Signs & Graphics. Our commitment is to ensure your digital signage operates flawlessly and remains vibrant and effective for your communication needs.
FCC Compliance
Our digital displays are fully compliant with FCC regulations for Class A digital devices, ensuring minimal interference in commercial settings and adherence to strict standards for radio frequency energy use.
Warranty Terms
Our warranty covers defects, failures, or malfunctions in the hardware of any IDM Signs & Graphics display system, with a detailed pixel warranty per panel type ranging from 1mm to 12mm pixels. This warranty is active for five calendar years from the purchase date, contingent on proper installation, internet connection, and verification by IDM.
What's Covered:
- IDM will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge, including shipping costs.
- All replacements require the defective parts to be returned to IDM for servicing.
What's Not Covered:
- The warranty excludes labor costs, damage from misuse or natural disasters, and issues arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage from customer transportation, non-standard use, unauthorized repairs, or external electrical faults, among other specified conditions. Additionally, issues caused by neglect, accidents, or environmental factors beyond our control are excluded from coverage.
