IDM Signs & Graphics Fabrication Warranty Policy

At IDM Signs & Graphics, we stand behind the quality and durability of our fabricated products. This warranty covers the fabrication aspect of various products as specified below. For any products not listed, or for further details on the warranties applicable, please contact our support team.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

1. Channel Letters:

– Warranty Duration: 5 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of fabricated channel letters under normal use conditions.

2. Pylon or Monument Signs:

– Warranty Duration: 7 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty applies to the structural integrity and material quality of fabricated pylon or monument signs.

3. Metal Letters:

– Warranty Duration: 3 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty covers fabrication defects in metal letters including issues with material quality and finish under normal environmental conditions.

4. Acrylic Letters:

– Warranty Duration: 3 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty includes coverage against fabrication defects in acrylic letters, protecting against material degradation under standard conditions.

5. Vinyl Products:

– Warranty Duration: 2 years
– Coverage Details: This warranty covers vinyl products for defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Service Provision:

Should any defects arise within the warranty period that fall under the coverage terms, IDM Signs & Graphics will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components at no additional material cost to the client. Please note that labor costs for the removal, installation, or reinstallation of these components are not covered under this warranty.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, misuse, excessive wear and tear, or modifications from the original design. It also does not cover damages resulting from improper installation unless performed by IDM Signs & Graphics.
