Installation Scheduling & Policy for IDM Signs & Graphics
At IDM Signs & Graphics, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient installation process for all our clients. Our installation scheduling process begins once your signage fabrication is complete. Please allow our team 1-5 business days to place your installation on our schedule. While we do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible, during busier periods, installations may need to be scheduled for the following weeks. In less busy times, we aim to schedule within the next few days. However, scheduling may be impacted by other jobs being delayed for various reasons. Please note that no installation should exceed eight weeks from the date fabrication is completed.
Scheduling Flexibility & Rescheduling Policy
– Installation dates provided by our team are estimated, not guaranteed. Installations may need to be rescheduled for any reason at any time.
– Some installations may require multiple site visits or be broken into multiple phases. While we provide estimated dates for these, they may also shift due to unforeseen circumstances.
– If an installation is rescheduled, it does not constitute a cancellation. The project will remain active, and you will be responsible for the remaining balances.
Customer Responsibilities During Installation
– No customers, employees, or other individuals should interfere with our installation team. If any interference or harassment occurs, our team will leave the site immediately.
– If the installation is interrupted due to interference or restricted site access, the installation will be rescheduled, and all remaining balances on the project will still be due.
Cancellation & Remaining Balance Policies
– Cancellations must occur before fabrication is complete or before the installation is scheduled. Once scheduling begins, cancellations are not permitted, and any balances due will remain payable.
– If an installation is canceled after being scheduled, the remaining balance is still required to be paid in full. Your completed product will be handed over to you once the balance is settled.
– Deposits are non-refundable, and once you are on the installation schedule, canceling does not waive your obligation to pay the remaining balance.
– In the case of rescheduling, you must allow our team 1-3 business days to reschedule you. If you cancel due to a reschedule, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance, as agreed upon in this policy.
Missed Appointments & Return Visits
If our team arrives at the job site and cannot gain access due to gates, locked buildings, or other restrictions, our team will wait 30 minutes before leaving. A fee will be required for a return visit, and this will also be scheduled based on our current availability.
Payment & Legal Notice
If for any reason the project cannot be completed or rescheduled, you will have four business days to pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in our company pursuing legal action, including filing a contractor’s lien against your business or property.
