IDM Signs & Graphics assures the quality and reliability of our lighting products with a comprehensive warranty tailored to two specific categories: Sign Lighting and Parking Lot/Retrofit Lighting.
Sign Lighting Warranty
Coverage Duration:
– Our sign lighting, specifically the LEDs, is covered under a seven-year warranty. This warranty is upheld by our providers for non in-house brands, and similarly for our in-house LED brand.
Coverage Details:
– This warranty covers any defects in the LEDs or failure under normal usage conditions. If any issues arise within the seven-year warranty period, IDM Signs & Graphics will cover the cost of the LEDs.
Service Charge:
– While the replacement cost of LEDs is covered, the labor costs for inspection and repair services are not included. Customers will need to pay for the labor involved in sending a representative to conduct an assessment and execute necessary repairs.

Parking Lot/Retrofit Lighting Warranty

– Most of our LED solutions for parking lots or retrofit projects come with a warranty ranging from five to seven years. However, the specifics depend on the job and the products selected.
