Return/Refund Policy for

No Returns or Refunds
IDM Signs & Graphics does not offer returns or refunds on any of our products under any circumstances. Once a product has been purchased, the sale is considered final. This includes situations where the job is rescheduled due to weather conditions, scheduling issues on our end, or fleet maintenance problems. We will reschedule your job as necessary, but no refunds will be provided for any inconvenience this may cause to your business.
Non-Refundable Deposits
When a deposit is made for a product, it is non-refundable. If you choose to opt out of the fabrication or installation process at any stage, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to cover the initial costs and resources allocated to your project.
Obligation to Pay Remaining Balance
If you decide to discontinue the fabrication or installation process, you may still be required to pay the remaining balance for the product. This is subject to the discretion of IDM Signs & Graphics and will be communicated to you by a representative of our company. This policy is necessary to cover the full cost of materials and labor already invested in your order.
Completion of Orders
In cases where you have paid the full amount, or agreed to pay the remaining balance after discontinuing the process, IDM Signs & Graphics will complete the fabrication of your sign products and turn them over to you as per the agreement. Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality product as initially agreed upon
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and a deposit is made, it cannot be canceled. We encourage our customers to be certain of their purchase decision before making a deposit. This policy helps us manage our production schedule efficiently and ensures that all clients receive their orders in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance and Defects
While we do not offer returns or refunds, IDM Signs & Graphics is committed to delivering highquality products. If you receive a product that has defects or does not match the specifications outlined in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or repair is warranted at no additional cost to you.
Shipping and Handling
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the shipping address or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders
Given the custom nature of our products, every order is unique and made to your specifications. As such, it is imperative that customers thoroughly review and approve all designs, measurements, and materials before fabrication begins.
Intellectual Property
All designs and concepts provided by IDM Signs & Graphics remain our intellectual property until the final balance is paid in full. Unauthorized use of our designs prior to full payment may result in legal action.
Fraudulent Payment Charges
If at any time you, or your company, initiate a fraudulent payment dispute because we do not allow refunds, you will be charged a $950 inconvenience fee. This fee covers the cost of fighting the fraud case and will be enforced using this policy and the contract you agreed to, confirming that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances. Should we lose the case due to your bank’s backing, you will still be liable for the amount disputed, and the $950 inconvenience fee will be billed to you. If this bill is not paid within 45 business days, we will initiate litigation against your company or personal name and file a 1099C against your business.
Exceptions
IDM Signs & Graphics reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. However, such exceptions are rare and should not be expected. Any exception made will be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
