– Any other representative from your company is not permitted to leave a review, regardless of their role within the organization. This applies to both positive and negative reviews.
– If unauthorized employees or representatives of your company leave a review, it will be considered false and defamatory. We will pursue litigation against your company, and you will be held responsible for all associated legal fees and court costs.
– Any review that is found to be submitted by an unauthorized individual will result in us pausing your current project until the review is removed.
3. Review Content Guidelines
– All reviews must reflect accurate details about your experience with our company. Reviews should focus on the service provided, the professionalism of our team, or the overall quality of the work.
– You are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information such as pricing or specific contract terms in your review.
– Reviews that target or discriminate against individuals within our company, or which contain defamatory, false, or harmful content, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any such violations.
– If your review violates these content guidelines, we will notify you to correct or remove the review. Failure to comply will result in litigation, and you will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred.
4. False or Unauthorized Reviews
– If we discover that a review has been left by an individual or company with whom we have not done business, or by someone who was not the direct point of contact for your company, we will investigate the matter.
– If it is determined that a false or unauthorized review has been posted, we will send an official email requesting the review to be deleted within a specified timeframe.
– If the review is not removed by the deadline, we will take legal action against the individual or company, and the reviewer will be responsible for all legal fees.
– In addition, we reserve the right to pause any ongoing projects with your company until the false or unauthorized review is removed. The project will be resumed once the review is deleted. Please note, we are not canceling the project but temporarily suspending it due to a breach of the terms agreed upon in your estimate or invoice.
5. Consequences for Non-Compliance
– If unauthorized reviews are not removed within the specified timeframe, or if any attempt is made to misrepresent the nature of the relationship between your company and ours, we will take legal action, and you will be liable for all litigation costs.
– In the event of ongoing work or projects, we reserve the right to pause or halt all operations until the unauthorized review is rectified. This is a breach of the policies that were agreed to upon accepting the estimate or invoice and making payment.
6. Positive Reviews by Unauthorized Parties
– Even if a review is positive, it must still comply with this policy. If we determine that the review was left by someone who has not directly interacted with us or conducted business with us, we will treat it as a violation.
– Positive reviews from unauthorized parties are subject to the same scrutiny and legal action as negative reviews, including project pauses and litigation.
7. Legal Recourse
– In all cases where false or unauthorized reviews are left, we will pursue litigation against the individual or company responsible. You will be held liable for all legal costs, regardless of the outcome of the case.
– Additionally, if the project is paused due to a violation of this review policy, work will not resume until the reviews are removed and the situation is rectified in full compliance with our terms.
