IDM Signs & Graphics Sign Warranty Policy

IDM Signs & Graphics is committed to delivering high-quality products. Our signs are designed to meet stringent standards and are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. The specifics of our warranty coverage are as follows:
Warranty Coverage Duration:

– Standard Warranty: Most of our signs come with a five-year warranty period from the date of purchase.

– Extended Warranty: Certain signs may qualify for an extended warranty period of seven or ten years, depending on the materials and type of sign purchased.

Coverage Details:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, IDM Signs & Graphics will, at its discretion:

– Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

– Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover:

– Damage attributable to acts of God, such as severe weather events, or damage from environmental conditions, including wind speeds exceeding 50 mph.

– Unauthorized modifications, misuse, mishandling, neglect, or accidents.

Annual Inspection and Cleaning Requirement:
To maintain the validity of this warranty, an annual inspection and cleaning of the sign must be conducted. IDM Signs & Graphics offers professional cleaning and inspection services. Additionally, we have a network of authorized sign companies qualified to perform these services to ensure your sign remains in compliance with our warranty standards. Failure to complete an annual inspection and cleaning will result in the termination of this warranty.
How to Obtain Service:
If you need to utilize your warranty, please contact our customer service team at support@idmsigns.com with the subject “Warranty Claim” and include your purchase details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process of inspecting the issue and determining the appropriate service solution.
Limitation of Damages:
IDM Signs & Graphics shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the sign or arising out of any breach of this warranty.
Governing Law:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana.
